Pathways was a series of seven drawings/paintings on the sidewalks of Parc
Imaginaire that were based on the nearby Ottawa River, known on the Québec
side as L'Outaouais. The intuitive drawings, done in recycled latex paint, were
in direct response to each particular pathway and its immediate environment.
The markings slowly faded over a period of three years. Since my initial project,
the park's sidewalks have been painted by various groups on a yearly basis since
2001.
